One person reads this, and it is the person who built the thing you are writing about.
Usually answered within one business day. There is no phone line and no chat widget, because a queue nobody staffs is worse than an address that is actually read.
All of these reach the same inbox. The subject lines exist so the ones that need answering first can be found first.

If you have found something, please write in before publishing it, and you will get an acknowledgement within two business days. There is no bounty programme and no legal threat either: a report made in good faith is a favour, and it will be treated as one.
Useful things to include: what you did, what happened, and what you expected. Please do not test against another person's account, and please stop at proving the problem exists rather than going further into it. If you need an account to demonstrate something, make one; the calculator is free and needs no card.
We cannot tell you what to trade. Restrike is a tracker and a calculator, and its author is not a registered investment adviser, so questions of the form "should I sell this put" will get a polite no. Questions about what a figure on the screen means, where it came from, or why it changed are entirely fair and are the ones worth asking.
We cannot act on your brokerage account. The connection is read only, Restrike never places a trade or moves money, and there is no mechanism here that could. Anything that needs an order placed, a position closed or money moved has to be done at your broker.
